Merlin Research is one of the most dynamic Chilean AI boutiques in Latin America and has led disruptive projects such as COVID-19 detection through voice with a simple phone call during the pandemic, or the care of over 100,000 patients with Cognitive Robots during the same period. Lately, Merlin Research and Microsoft have announced the establishment of a regional agreement aimed at launching some of the most advanced initiatives in the application of Artificial Intelligence in the fields of education, entertainment, security, and corporate applications, based on the use of natural language in communication between people and the systems that serve them.   During the recent Congreso Futuro event, Merlin Research captivated the entire country by bringing back to life Charles Darwin, one of the most important scientists in history. The technology used in this milestone was developed based on Microsoft's AI technologies.

Note: On March 25, 2023, a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") was signed between Merlin Research and Carnegie Mellon University for collaboration with the Center for Voice Intelligence and Security.
